One Platform. Four Core Solutions.

Marijani integrates core clinical workflows into a single, culturally intelligent, HIPAA- compliant space.

The Challenge

The Four Barriers Holding Therapists Back

Documentation Overload

Evenings lost to “pajama-time” charting. Inconsistent notes risk audits and denials.

Generic Treatment Plans

Vague, copy-paste templates that fail to reflect cultural, systemic, or spiritual context.

Scattered Tools

Multiple disconnected systems create inefficiencies and data silos.

Invisible Burnout

Emotional workload builds unseen until it impacts care and retention.

Feature Blocks:

Why Cultural Intelligence Matters

Therapy works best when it sees the whole person. Marijani’s cultural intelligence prompts guide therapists to integrate identity, systemic pressures, spirituality, and somatic experience into every plan and note, without tokenizing or overcomplicating workflows.

Our approach respects diversity while meeting clinical and compliance standards, ensuring every client feels recognized and every plan stands up to professional review.

70% of clients are more likely to remain in care when they feel culturally understood. So, we’ve integrated our platform to ensure we cover this.

Recognized for Clinical Excellence and Security

Our platform is HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 ready, and trusted by group practices, solo clinicians, and training clinics alike.
Testimonials from early adopters reflect real operational efficiency and improved clinician well-being.

Meet the Visionary

For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of therapy, cultural competence, and systemic change — committed to a simple truth: every part of a person’s identity deserves to be seen, respected, and integrated into their care.

As a therapist, I lived the rat race that so many of my peers know too well:

  • Back-to-back clients.

  • Constantly switching between platforms to manage scheduling, notes, insurance, research, and supervision.

  • Digging deep into cultural nuances to provide truly competent care — often with no system support for that work.

  • Ending the day still facing 30 minutes or more of paperwork, uploads, and unanswered tasks.

The reality? When therapists are spread thin across multiple disconnected systems, something gets less than our best — and too often, it’s the quality of care.

I launched Marijani to change that.

  • To reduce system overload and streamline processes so that when the last client session ends, the paperwork is done too.

  • To build a therapist-owned, culturally intelligent platform that isn’t about hitting productivity metrics — it’s about delivering the best client care possible.

  • To design tools that automatically integrate cultural, systemic, and identity considerations into treatment planning and documentation, instead of leaving them out.

Platforms today miss the mark, especially for non-white and non-American cultures. They ignore what we know from decades of research and practice: a client’s cultural context is not an “add-on” — it’s the core of effective care.

As the founder of CogAI before Marijani, I’ve been recognized as a mental health disruptor — the one my peers look to when the hard truths need to be said and the status quo needs to be challenged. But speaking up isn’t enough. I build solutions.

When Marijani wins, therapists will stop sacrificing their evenings, cultural competence will no longer be an afterthought, and the therapy ecosystem will finally work for the people at its center — the providers and the clients they serve.
